exercise to increased appetite

Hi guys, I'm a very hard gainer and that's because my appetite is very weak, I started doing cardio and exercises at home but I don't feel ny changes in my appetite, do you think lifting heavy could make a difference? thanks.
 
as much as you don't have an appetite.. fat people complain they have too much of an appetite

you have to overcome that man. i have been on both sides of the aisle..

I recommend doing 20 minutes of HARD cardio a couple days per week for skinny guys to get their appetite going. It really helps.

The key is to not make it a marathon long cardio session so you don't burn a ton of calories. 20 minutes, 30 minutes tops.
