    Is working out every day too much ? Do we need to give out bodies enough time to recover from the demands of the workout ?

    do pro athletes workout everyday? no they do not

    these are the best athletes in the world with the best genetics

    they have offseasons for a reason. they have breaks in between games for a reason, they have bye weeks in season.. they rest players. in the NFL they don't hit in between games at all and they always get the next day completely off after a game to rest their bodies and minds

    yet for some reason these weight trainers think they need to workout daily to get results.. it is one of the ruse's we see in weight training

    now if you like going to the gym just to clear you mind and get out of the house, and you jerked around the whole time and don't really push hard then yeah you can go daily.. but if you are killing it you should not go everyday sorry
