Endurance Cardio Strength

I've been lifting heavy for years, but I need to change up my routine.

I need to crank out:

500 yard swim in 8 minutes
150-200 push ups
150-200 sit ups
30-40 pull ups
1.5 mile run 7-8 minutes

Back to back.

What is the best routine to improve?
 
look into doing various crossfit routines. Many military groups are actually using crossfit because its superior at at preparing people for the PT tests.
