Elevating my bench numbers?

I have been stuck on maxing out on 225lb for about two months now and I dont seem to be progressing. Any tips to help me up my bench numbers?
 
Back at my best (418lbs for 1) I did a fast/speed session and a max session. I also never hit my 1RM levels unless I did a test.

So drop to 210 and work until you can do 5 x 3 reps with that and your new max will be 230-235
 
the same way a runner would break a PR or any other sport

you drop the weight down and build consistency at a lower weight then work your way back up just like mobster says above. you don't go in there like a monkey and max out 1 rep everyday
