Eating junk vs. Eating nothing...

Ok...if you are faced with a situation where you can either eat nothing or eat junk food...what do you do? Nothing around but a snack machine for the next 6 hours...

I try to pick out the healthiest snack out of the machine (is that an oxymoron??)......I usually will grab peanuts.
