Wow it is early, can't sleep got a weigh in at 9:00 for a bench meet today. Had to lose 12 lbs in bout 4 days. Feelin rough cant wait to weigh in and eat a good breakfast. Thanx for listening...

Thanks. All went good. Got down to 198 jr class. 1st in push pull with 335 bench and 455 Dl. both new state records in the APA.
