do fancy routines and rep schemes make a difference, or does all that matter is that you blast the muscle you are targetting that day, and eat for growth.

in other words...is stimulating the muscle, stimulating the muscle, or are certain patterns and types of stimulus better/different.

if so, could you elaborate on the basic structure of how you feel a muscle group should be targetted

You mean like turning your pinky upward during DB curls, while standing on one foot against the wall, but leaning slightly forward to get the most focus on the biceps?? :p

Fuck. I have read and re read all of the stickies and quite a few of the journals. I have really put a lot of time into reading up on this program. I am eating every 2.5 hours, and I am getting between 400-500 grams of protein a day. I have been going to bed so full that my stomach hurts. I ordered the DVD today. Have you seen it yet?

It seemed to work well for Dave Henry (10th place Olympia finisher 2007). And, Dante has quite a few NPC and a few IFBB peeps doing it and loving it.

I don't think WG's ever done it, but I'll let him tell that story.


were you on the andronator to get those kind of gains?

Yep, the DVD is cool. Very well done, I thought. Jason and Franco keep it rolling too with little bits of humor interjected. Excellent watch. Well worth the $.
