OK, what kinda poundages do you guys lift doing this??? just put ur weights and reps/sets down.

right now I'm doing-

10@25
6-8 @35 for 2 sets

if my arm gets better it will go back up.:)
 
3 sets of 12 w/20 lbs at a 4/2/2 tempo, standing on one leg alternating from front, 45 deg and straight out to the sides. thats my current method.

I do those once in a while as well. GREAT delt excercise! No ego weights with it either. 20lbs at that tempo would have me sore as hell the next day.
