Dumbbell Shoulder Press vs. Barbell Shoulder Press

[FONT=&quot]Which do prefer do and why? I recently switched over to dumbbell and feel it way more in my delts and I'm seeing better strength gains.[/FONT]

I do more barbell because it's a strong man lift, but dumbbells will work more stabilizer muscles
 
Dumbbells force more work from the muscle and surrounding muscle as you need to stabilize each dumbbell vs the single large barbell.

Both are good and both should be incorporated into a training routine

I prefer dells uses more stabilizers, you can adjust your hand pos, rom and lots of other variables to suit your needs incase you have nagging injuries or whatever.
They also make the muscle work independently and you get a better contraction as well.
