Hey all,
Not a lot going on in here cuz I am on the one week break that my good bro Mr.P told me to take.
So I have been keeping up on all injections and orals. Diet is fine for this blast part of this cycle.
Really looking forward to getting back into the workouts tho. It funny that without the workouts I feel just generally achy all over and not a whole lot of ambition.

15 IU everyday of Ipamorline and CJC 1295.
50 mgs every day of drol
Been keeping up on my cardio too. Am now up to 20 min run the curves hard and walk the straights. Then 20 min walking and jogging. I do this every day except Sunday. Sundays totally off for rest.
 
LOL your dam str8 on that bro. RADAR and I are fine tuning my cruise workout plan. Yeah I can hear you right now .....excuses excuses......bite me bro!LOL

This kind of workout is something very new to me so I started out pretty light. I will put down the whole week for you all then todays workout will follow.

Monday,
Flat BBL bench press 4x3-5
Wide grip chin ups 4x6
Incline DBL bench press 3x8
BBL or DBL curl 3x10
Skull Crushers 3x10
Side lat delt raises 3x10

Wednesday
Squat side stance 1x20, narrow stance 1x20
SLDL 3x10
Ab work 3x10
Forearms 2x20-30
Rear delt flys 3x10

Friday
Shoulder press 4x5
Bentover BBL rows from the floor 4x8
French press DBL 2x10
Single arm DBL curls 2x10
Ab work
Side lat delt raise 3x10

Workout 8/22
BBL flat bench 4x4@225
Wide grip chins 25" grip 4x6
DBL incline bench press 3x8@40
BBL curls 3x10@55
BBL skull crushers 3x10@55
Side lat delt raies 3x10@20
Shoulders feel a little off but overall feel good and pumped!
