How often do you add the gelatine to your protein shakes? I found some at the store made by a company called Knox it original Gelatine unflavored hopefully I got the right stuff..

Will do todays workout tomorrow.
50mg drol
Injections,
My standard HRT protocol.
15 Iu each CJC and Ipam.
250 mg Sustanon
100mg NPP
250mg Mast
Oh yeah almost forgot to mention that I did 2 of my injects into my outer calves today:D.
Give the quads a little rest for a change.

Breakfast,
3 whole eggs
2 pcs multi grain toast with 1 1/2 heaping tablespoon natty PB on each
16 oz 2% milk

Shake, 2 scoops proteine powder, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 pak gelatine 12 oz 2% milk

Lunch
3 pcs multi grain bread 9 heaping tablespoons tuna salad-Miracle Whip Lite
16 oz 2% milk

Dinner
12 oz haddock steak
2 heaped tabelspoons coleslaw
med baked potatoe little bit of salt and pepper
2 tabelspoons ice cream

Squats
1 x 20@155, 2 x 10@135:D:stilleto::D dam good squat session for me! But I think just a little bit too much as I think it may have taken away from the rest of my workout.

Bench 3x5@255, 2x4@255 hit this weight again next time for 5x5
Bent over BBL rows 5x5@255
Laying french press 1x5@50, 1x8@45, 1x7@45

PWO shake 2 scoops protein powder, 1 level tablespoon flaxseed oil, 1 heaped tablespoon natty PB, 1 pak gelatine.

Inject 15 IU of each CJC and Ipamorelin.

Now I wanna nap! THIS BITCH IS WHIPPED....
