Well obviously not. I've done it multiple times myself but don't recommend it.
First of all when you have a sore body part it's going to effect on your performance significantly, ie. you won't be able to trains as hard and effectively as if you were fresh.
Secondly, which can be even more problematic is training sore can and most likely will lead to poor technique which in turn can lead to injury.
 
Take an extra day or 2 off when needed. Listening to your body is extremely important and something most of us learn the hard way.
 
DOMS can be simply from overtraining, or someone not hydrating properly to flush the body.
