Hey kids... what's up?? I was just wondering.. I've always 'bulked' and have ALWAYS followed a Heavy style routine based around the big lifts... Currently I'm doing WS4SB...

I'm going to 'cut' for once in my life.. and am just curious as to whether or not your routine changes... more Isolation stuff? More drop sets/super sets/giant sets/complexes etc... ?

Thoughts??
 
Usually change from 6 to 8 reps to 12 to 15 for cutting and shaping and burning in lines. Some 20's but only a few weeks before a show.
