from the Q and A on elitefts.com

Ever since I started Westside training my joints were always sore. I was forewarned and I embraced the challenge, but now I can't get anything to hurt. I know I'm sick, but I use the pain as a measurement for growth. My program is diverse, I use a lot of exercises Westside demands, but no pain. I even change exercises every ME day. Is my mind just twisted? My strength is improving, but my question is this: Could my results be even better if I changed something in my program?

If you want pain smash your nuts with a hammer. If you want to get strong, keep doing what you are doing.
