    Do you know some exercices to improve bones density?

    I know it has a karate way to do that but I want something of more normal and less violent.

    Lifting heavy weights does just that (Wolff's law doesn't apply to only impact on bones, but rather loading of them)

    weight training will build very strong bones.

    it can hurt the softer parts of the body though. many vets have super strong bone health but have major joint and disc problems because of that.

    Osteoporosis and milk are a debate. I try to have much more vegetables protein. I cock much more product with low salt than fatless. Milk is good a lot except if you donít make enough of exercise. However, this is much more for breakfasts and before workout with the rower. Actually, I do a lot of rowing , pull-ups and superman with jogging. Also, my basic abs and back training with a 45lbs behind my head. I donít have a lot of time. Before a running, I drink milk and after whey.
