diet advice during my cycle to reach goals

here is my cycle 12 weeks long

test 400 weeks 1-12
eq 400 weeks 1-12
winny weeks 1-4 and 10-14

I want to lean out I am 185 10%-14% Bf

I will probably run clen for three weeks before I start so i am sure i can cut down the bf some.

goal if possible 195 7-8%

my goal is to gain some pounds, but i would rather just drop BF% and not lose any weight so just lose fat and add muscle.

what sort of diet should I go for? please estimate because i know that everyone is different.

I will be eating at least 250 grams of protein, but what about calories and carbs.
 
well unless this is your first cycle it's going to be incredible hard for you to lose 6% bodyfat an GAIN at the same time...It just does not happen....
 
what do you guys think is more reasonable?

10 pounds and drop some bf%

just be honest I am curious
 
well I guess bf loss and add ne wlean muscle meaning dropping my BF and staying at 185.

how would you go about that?
