If you keep the rest periods short like I suggested, you should be in and out in like 20-30min. If the weights I suggested are too light for you, go ahead and up them, make it challenging...but remember the key is intensity and constant tension. Don't get carried away with heavy weights. That first superset if done correctly will kick your ass and you'll see that it doesn't require a lot of weight to do it. Try it out, let me know what you think. Peace.
