Delayed muscle soreness

Here lately I have been getting a delayed muscle soreness in my legs and chest ususally the soreness starts two to three days after I have worked out that body part. Is this a sign of overtraining or a vitamin/mineral defieceny?

That happens to me all the time... mainly in my legs...
I'll have a crazy leg workout.. the next day they are a bit tender but nothing too bad... then the following day will come around and they ache like somebody was jumping on them with golf shoes...
I think its normal... if you increase your iron intake you will get less lactic acid buildup since your blood cells can cary more oxygen.

read the thread about training to failure for more info. It's the one started by COrnholio that says *nervous laughter*
