deep tissue massage.

hi I wasnt sure where to post this, maybe we need a new catagory. how often could one get a deep tissue massage without it has negative effects? Would more than a once a week be to much or daily. Also I read facial massage can lengthen the muscles in the face like it does to other muscles, what does this mean exactly? can It mean roughly a more masculine face? thanks in advance
