deadlift vs squats

For weight loss is diet. Exercise alone has a little impact in weight loss.

How many days you are going to squat or pull it depends on you training program and goals.

A good start is 2 sessions of squat and 1 session of deadlift and accessories exercises for both lifts.

americans exercise more than any other country, yet 50% of americans are 30% body fat or more.. go figure. we have the most gyms, yoga studios, parks, adult sports leagues, and we are crazy about sports. hell go to your gym and look at how many people are fat.

it is about DIET LIFESTYLE. not how much you exercise
 
Both are a great excise but not for fat loss fat loss came just a good sleep with clean diet
