cutting training vs bulking training

Hi guys, wo questions about this:
1. do I have to decrease weight when lifting during a cutting process?
2.do I have to stretch my cardio time ? for example if I do 1 hour on the treadmill do I increase it to an hour and half?

1. NEVER drop your weights and use less weight during a cutting diet. What put the muscle there in the first place is what will keep it there. HARD training.

When you are on a low calorie diet, your body will catabolize muscle for fuel if you don't give it a good reason to keep the muscle there. ALWAYS train hard and heavy when on a cutting diet.

2. Focus on your diet. Too much cardio will make your legs shrink. It's best to get lean with as little cardio as possible.

Cardio also taps into your recovery ability. If your diet is on point, no one should ever have to do more then an hour of cardio per day.
