Crazy schedule, how best to cope?

My work schedule is between two jobs is 11 hour days.

It is 4 days 7:45 PM to 06:45 AM.

Then one day 12:30 PM to 06:15.

Then 3 days 07:30 to 06:15.

This schedule goes on for 28 days no days off. Then for 28 days I have weekends off.

Due you think this will take me to my death?
