i just tried these lunges i got from my teacher and he got them from the mens health magazine. this is how oyu do it.
1. you need a bench and a benching bar on your shoulders (like you are squating)
2. put the leg that is not being worked on the bench with top of foot down.
3. the leg being worked out infront far enough so the leg not being worked is sorta straight.
4. go down and back sorta tell you go past 90 and the leg not worked should bend also.
crazy i hope i explained it right but it is killing my legs and ass.
