Conditioning for MMA

[FONT=&quot]You MMA guys, what do you do for conditioning? I'm talking as far as cardio. Boxers used to run 3-5 miles every morning before the sun came up. Long slow distance? sprints? circuts? bag work? What do you do? I got alot of good stuff, I'll wait to see waht you guys have got![/FONT]
 
never was MMA. i can tell you that I used to put in 45 some miles a week at my peak of endurance running. that is excessive for you though

if you want something low impact i would suggest bikram style hot yoga. you will get in crazy good shape doing that
 
Never did MMA but for wrestling it was lots of running, jump rope, etc
