    compound lifts to pick from

    I am new to weight training and would like to start with compound lifting
    I read online about a few that are good
    I知 21 years old and weigh 220 pounds, body fat is around 22%
    which would be okay for a new guy?
    Bench press

    squats

    deadlifts
    rows

    i like new guys to stick to compound lifts but you must do them proper form or don't waste your time

    also 22% body fat @ 21 years old tells me your diet is poor. at that age it isn't about what you eat but what you don't eat

    I like to do all those bench press, squats deadlifts in 1 day
    without the rows though

    All of them. Start light.

    For your age any exercises are good as long as you working hard and eat well

    Get your diet in check. And keep good form with compound to keep from risking injury
