Close grip bench press

[FONT=&quot]Whenever you do a close grip bench press, how much of your chest is really involved? I know it's nothing like a real bench press, but none the less..[/FONT]

It involves a little chest, but is primarily a tricep lift
 
you will over train your shoulders way faster than your chest benching

if you have a bird chest then be patient and keep working at it. combine getting stronger with putting in the hours and good things will happen. when i was 14 i had a bird chest, 2 years later i was much bigger. weight training works but be patient and do it smart
