Excerpt: I'm a new lifter and I'm 20 years old and I want to start weight training and be consistent at it. I used to weight train years ago but went away from it so I consider myself new should I start off with full body exercises or should I start off with Split routines. Do you think I should do 3 Day 4 day or 5 day

    do full body for the first couple months then switch to split routines as you become more conditioned

    I suggest you go with 5 days routine and do at least 1 day full body and cardio

    Do what you did before. It'll still work

    You are young, so now is the time to grow and improve maximum. 5-6 days per week is needed, but remember to give your best in the gym, if you want real results and be the best at it.

    Start with light full body exercises and then slowly shift to hardcore training....
