chest pain concern

sometimes I get that deep chest pain and it feels like I'm having a heart stroke, I wonder of it because I started
benching heavier or I should get check out by a cardiologist, I don't have any history of heart diseases in family so
that makes feel a bit better, has anyone had the same problem here?

Are you saying you only get it on bench press? Plus there's no such thing as a heart stroke. If it's a heart issue go see the doc

no clue.. check your blood pressure

if the bottom # stays over 90 you need to re-look at your lifestyle

I would go to your doctor and get a full physical done man. That's certainly not normal. It might be serious
