Chest?

Borachon

New member
I'm not sure if it's my genetics, training techniques or what, but my pecs develop very poorly compared to the rest of my body. This is even though I increase in strength steadily in chest exercises except for flat bench press.

On chest days once a week, I do 3-4 sets of about 4-5 exercises, which I vary.

Any tips on gaining some chest mass?

I've been training for about a year and a half. Never have used any performance enhancers. Lately during a workout for a specific body part I've been varying the exercises from week to week.

My last chest workout, for example:
Flat Bench Press (3-4 sets)
Incline Dumbell Press (3 sets)
Decline Fly's
Incline Fly's
Cable crossover

I'll usually switch it every once in a while, like dumbell press instead of barbell.

BORACHON TRY THIS.. WARM UP OF COURSE

FLAT BENCH PRESSES 4SETS 6-8 REPS
INCLINE BENCH PRESSES 4 SETS 6-8 REPS
ALTERNATE FLAT AND INCLINE DUMBELL PRESSES
3-4 SETS 8- 10 REPS TO FAILURE..
ALTERNATE DIPS AND CABLE CROSSOVERS 3-4 SETS
10-12 REPS TO FAILURE

IN MY OPINION YOUR IN YOUR ROUTINE YOUR LAST 3 EXERCISES ARE NOT REALY GONNA HELP ADD MASS
JUST SHAPE,JUST MY OPINION THOU
GIVE THIS A TRY FOR 2-3 MONTHS YOU DON'T HAVE TO SWICTH IT AROUND EVERY WEEK.....
GOOD LUCK:cool:
