Just started back to the gym and I’m struggling with my chest it seems that I get more pump in my arms than feeling my chest rip could someone shine a light 💡 n what I’m doing wrong I normally start with cable machine then flys then dumbell press rotated 180 at top then barbell press and finish with close hand push ups any help would be much appreciated 💪💪
 
It's very easy to have your shoulders do the pressing movement instead of your chest.

Focus on keeping your shoulders rolled back and chest puffed out. Really pay attention and develop a good mind muscle connection with your chest and you will feel it working 100%. I promise you that.
