Excerpt: Just started back to the gym and I知 struggling with my chest it seems that I get more pump in my arms than feeling my chest rip could someone shine a light 💡 n what I知 doing wrong I normally start with cable machine then flys then dumbell press rotated 180 at top then barbell press and finish with close hand push ups any help would be much appreciated 💪💪

    do 10 sets of 10 reps of flat bench at moderate rate with proper form

    The close hand push ups are more triceps than chest

    Look to do a flat bench with dumbells or a barbell you will feel it in the chest for sure!

    It's very easy to have your shoulders do the pressing movement instead of your chest.

    Focus on keeping your shoulders rolled back and chest puffed out. Really pay attention and develop a good mind muscle connection with your chest and you will feel it working 100%. I promise you that.

    I find that I will get a much more intense pump when doing high reps. If the pump is what you are after then go that way.
