here is my new routine, let me know what you think. I have been doing full body workouts for 2 months, want to switch to a split routine. I’m 21 years old if that helps

Monday: pushing exercises

Tuesday: rest
Wednesday: pulling exercises

Thurday: legs
Friday: arms
Sat: rest
Sun: abs

You should do legs and abs together same with arms and abs
you need 1 day cardio too

i would focus on muscle groups if you follow a 5 day split
 
You are young, you need to do more and eat well, lots of protein, like 2gr. per LBS of body weight
