Changing up weekly schedule

Does anyone change up their routine? In order to trick the body, I read that it is good to changeup your workout routine each week. For instance, instead of doing chest on monday, do legs, etc.
 
I change week to week, the gym I train at has quite of bit of different equipment, it makes it easier to vary my routine.
 
I stay with compound movements but change my speed on my sets. I also change the rest time in between sets.
When that fails, I will change everything around.
