Carrying A Weighted Vest?

this is the heaviest one i could find, 40 pounder. damn i want one. i would wear it around all the time.

weighted vests look cool, but dont use weighted ankle things, puts stress on your knees, the pulling of ligaments.

i should look into picking up one of these vests
