Cardio: once a day -vs- twice a day.

If you, because of time restraints for various reasons, could do two 20 minute incline treadmill sessions per day(morning and evening) versus one 30 minute session in the morning, which would you chose and why?

I'll hang up and listen to your responses.

Edit: Currently on cycle(prop. & fina) and plan on incorporating the incline walk 3-4 times a week.

Hmmm...that's a tricky one...A little background info is necessary. Why are you doing the cardio, heart health or ft burning?

If fat burning, do whichever one gets you further (ie two miles vs. three miles).

If for heart health, go with the 30 minute session.
