cardio on leg day question

what is the best way or the right way to exercise my legs , do cardio first on the treadmill and the lift or lift first and then get on the treadmill to relax my leg muscles , thank you.
 
It's always best to do cardio after your weight workout.

By training with weights first, you will deplete your muscles of glycogen.

Then when you do the cardio afterwards, your body will have to use fat as fuel because your stored glycogen levels are depleted.
 
I do cardio after all my workouts. I feel this is especially beneficial after a leg day because it keeps the muscles loose and stretched out for me. After the cardio I do a good 20 minutes of stretching too.
