cardio with full stomach

Hey guys, I have been doing cardio after breaks fast, I usually wait about 30 minutes to start running on the tread mill but for some reason I have gotten diarrhea few times in the middle of my exercising , I guess it's because my stomach is still full, luckily I train at home lol, my question is how long should you wait after eating a full meal to start exercising, thank you.
 
if you are doing hard cardio eat 2 hours ahead of time and eat something light and easily digestible

your options are : raw oats, sweet potato, brown rice, etc.

don't be eating bacon, eggs, milk and sausage drenched in cheese.

and make sure you are hydrated
