Cardio everyday?

Excerpt: Is it a good idea to do cardio everyday? I recently joined a gym and I have been either running on the treadmill or doing the stairmaster as part of a daily workout. Do you think it could be unhealthy to do cardio everyday? Also, how many calories should I kill when doing 1 cardio exercise everday?

    Cardio everyday?

    Is it a good idea to do cardio everyday?
    I recently joined a gym and I have been either running on the treadmill or doing the stairmaster as part of a daily workout.
    Do you think it could be unhealthy to do cardio everyday?
    Also, how many calories should I kill when doing 1 cardio exercise everday?

    Do some form of cardio almost daily. Take days off if I'm sick or feel worn down otherwise it has no adverse effects on my health. Listen to your body, if your body is saying too much too soon then ease off a bit.

    #10 is the best for cardio imo. Beach v-ball would be the funniest depends on who you playing against

    yes you can, there is nothing wrong with that, running is a natural exercise.

    I do cardio every day I work out, unless it's leg day and I'm totally burnt out......otherwise, I don't feel like my workout is complete without it.

    I train every other day. My muscle and nervous system feels fully recovered from a 2 hour workout, of course I split it from morning to afternoon. cardio everyday for me becomes boring and unnecessary. If you can train everyday without feeling fatigue then be my guess.You will eventually get sick and tired of your everyday routine,It sounds like you want to lose some weight but just understand that you don't have to kill yourself everyday to do it.
