Excerpt: For you lifters how often per week do you guys do your cardio and what method of training do you do? I have knee issues so running would be hard especially at 245lbs but I am leaning towards swimming and bike. What do you guys do?

    Cardio days

    For you lifters how often per week do you guys do your cardio and what method of training do you do? I have knee issues so running would be hard especially at 245lbs but I am leaning towards swimming and bike. What do you guys do?

    Go for a walk in the morning before food. 1 cup of coffee and off I go. About 7 am. Faster walking. I try to go min of 3 times a week. On a good weather week 5 times
