Cardio on bulk ?

[FONT=&quot]Hi, I am starting a bulk. I will be eating on average 3500-4000 calories including supplements.

[FONT=&quot]And I was thinking of adding 20 minutes of cardio before and after my workouts to keep the fat gain at a minimum.

Never omit cardio even on a bulk. It will not affect your gains unless you are running marathons.
