The more I stay in shape with medleys and put more time into my diet...the leaner I seem to get. I'm eating LOTS of kcals every day though...I'm just also VERY active.
well, lifting cars sure sounds active to me LOL. i noticed while deadlifting today that i had a nice little vein popping out on my chest. the more i cut down on rest periods, the more often this shows. Hmmmm makes me wonder....maybe i should start deadlifting cars as well. though id probably have to start out by lifting dinky toys
