Calves problem... weird

Excerpt: I dont know why, but when i do calves it seems like i feel it more in my ankles than my calves. Any idea what im doing wrong?

    Calves problem... weird

    I dont know why, but when i do calves it seems like i feel it more in my ankles than my calves. Any idea what im doing wrong?

    What is your stance like? Are you pointing your toes outward at 45 degrees? Keep your toes facing forward and in-line, so the stress will be directed to the gastrocs.

    Try putting more of your feet on the platform or whatever you do the calve raises on
