Good stuff.....so it's 100 reps, 10 reps weighted, 10 no weight till you hit 100?

It is good man I tried so many different tempos for calfs and they didnt work. This simply works.. And its a total of 200 reps you preform 10 sets, he doesnt count the bodyweight raises as a exercise it just takes the place of resting
