Excerpt: Like quite a few people Iím lacking in the calf department.     Calf raises

    Like quite a few people Iím lacking in the calf department.     sometimes genetics are a bitch. the way i work out my calves is often and high rep

    Hi Steve. So would every other day and in the 15-20 rep range be what youíd advise ?

    I would make sure you are doing both. Hit them with high reps and low reps, high weight and low weight. Even body weight can work well on certain exercises.

    Cant change your genetics but you can work them harder. Do slow controlled movements and heavy weight

    genetics play a huge role but riding a mountain bike on the weekends helped mine tremendously
