Bulgarian training strategy

Excerpt: would like your thoughts an intense training routine of a Bulgarian type of train Style. Was thinking of doing a three hour session with a half hour break. Lots of clean and jerks then a break then legwork and some back off sets. Going at 90% Pretty hardcore workout but supposed to be really good has anyone tried

    Bulgarian training strategy

    would like your thoughts an intense training routine of a Bulgarian type of train Style. Was thinking of doing a three hour session with a half hour break. Lots of clean and jerks then a break then legwork and some back off sets. Going at 90% Pretty hardcore workout but supposed to be really good has anyone tried

    I did Bulgarian training but you need a lot of free time
    they have like 3-4 hour workouts lol

    Every kind of training work for some. Just give it a try and see.

    3 hours is too long, 2x 1 hour per day is more effective

    Sounds way too intense for me, lol. I train 3-4 days per week at around 45 minutes each session.

    every body is different.. you can try but dont overdo..also go for real food ..lean meats. chicken .. fish and seafood .. eggs .. dairy products .. almonds, pine nuts, walnuts ..
