building tendons/ligaments in water

My dog had surgery for his knee and afterwards the vet sent me to a place where the dog would rehab underwater, it worked well and my dog was back running after no time. Would this underwater type of training work also for me to get my tendons and ligaments stronger? They seem to be weak and cracky

Underwater training works I would do it, like use it to stretch and put pressure on damaged areas

i've done underwater training for 20 years. the key with it is low impact. compare that to people who run on sidewalk/concrete

bro go swimming in ocean or pool. in texas i got a lake on my ranch, it is murky almost got eaten by gator but i do a lot of that
