building strength

I want to build strength for martial arts, but I also want a muscular, tone body.

Not something abnormal like professional body builders, but still big in a not so scary way, and tone.

Which workout routine can you recommend?

Any other tips?

There are tons of different programs. Try out some of the more general strength one instead of hypertrophy programs, and see if you like any.
