Building Chest..inline Flyes Or Bench?

I really like the work the stabilizing muscles get from using dumbells, so I like to mix it up and use both.

I like to do flat bench and then switch to incline dumbells as the core of my chest workout...That is an awesome combination for packing on mass....maybe some weighted dips or fly's towards to end of the workout and you have yourself a killer chest workout.

Alternate the way i do it is on week i do decline and incline dumbells and fly's the next week i do flat bench & incline with barbell

Mustang is an old hand at this just like myself, go with his advice.
Although a persistant rotator cuff injury prevents me from doing the incline flyes with DB's so I use a smith machine for super strict form.

i personally like to use incline lifts first, upper chest is harder to develop, but looks thick as shit when done right. for mass stick with the basics, im a barbell fan myself, but switch it up once in awhile. both offer their own advantages
