Build my back

I am having a really hard time developing my back. I am so out of preportion it aint funny.

4 sets of 10 shrugs

4 sets of 10 lat pull

4 sets of 10 seated row

4 sets of 10 bent row

As many pull ups as i can do.

Mine has been

Deadlifts 10reps x5sets
Pull ups 10x3
Lat pull downs 10x3 (wide grip)
Lat pull downs 10x3 (close grip)
Wide grip seated cable rows 10x3
And either dumbbell or barbell rows

I do traps on shoulders day as my grip and trap as usual fried after back day

You need deadlifts and barbell rows or Yates Rows in there.
Most people seated rows are an arm exercise that never hits back
 
For back i like

Rack deadlifts
Barbellrow
closegrip pulldowns
incline db row
