Excerpt: has anyone ever had a broken leg and still lifted? I have made so much progress and now this has happened. Would lifting my upper body alone be a smart strategy, it will be about 3 months till I can make a comeback.

    broken leg and lifting

    has anyone ever had a broken leg and still lifted? I have made so much progress and now this has happened. Would lifting my upper body alone be a smart strategy, it will be about 3 months till I can make a comeback.

    you can do upper body but better take a few weeks off, let your body recover and rest

    If, instead of lifting, you mean training then yes

    I would rest for recovery but you could hit upper body as long as you arenít putting any stress on the break

    Take your time but sure, you can still train upper body.
